Contract
The following is a sample of the contract which must be signed before purchase. Contractual terms are negotiable but are binding once the contract is signed.
I the undersigned (Your name here), make an order of the following items (List items being purchased) to Giuliano Capogrossi Colognesi and agree to these terms and conditions:
The advance on the estimate is 50% and will be used to produce the jewel and as payment to Giuliano Capogrossi Colognesi for working on the order.
The rest of the estimate is due on completion. The jewel will not be consigned until payment is complete.
The design serves as a guide line and is subject to the interpretation of Giuliano Capogrossi Colognesi.
All transactions are final.
In no case will there be any reimbursement of the advance in case of events beyond our control that might obstacle the completion of the jewel including, but not limited to, losses, accidents, theft, fraud, delays, changes in market prices and availability of materials.
