Q: How do I buy from here?
A: You express interest with an email to Giuliano@DisegnoGioia.Com , you receive a contract, sign it and return it via email, mail or in person. You pay the half of the estimate before work starts and half of the estimate after completion and before pick up. For complete destails please visit the contract page.
Q: Are you Italian?
A: I was born in the United States of Italian origins and have citizenships and passports of both countries.
Q: Will you consider making the same jewels with less expensive materials?
A: No.
Q: What happens after I give you money?
A: Work on the jewel commences with me traveling to Italy and starting work on the jewel. I spend the time necessary to complete the jewel overlooking every aspect of production.
Q: Why is the price always an estimate?
A: Because the design is still a drawing. The estimate will most often be the final price.
Q: Where do your prices start at?
A: The minimum for one order is $100,000.
Q: Will you draw a design for me?
A: Only if you are in the Greater Los Angeles Area at the same time as Iand will personally show me what you are looking for.
Q: Will you mount stones I already own?
A; Sure,if you are willing to let me see the stones in person.
Q: Will you use synthetic stones?
A: Yes. At a 25% premium on the final price.
Q: Why do you charge 25% more for synthetic stones?
A: Because of their superior aesthetic properties over natural ones.
Q: Why is there no work in August?
A: Because all the workshops in Italy are closed.
Q: Are your prices negotiable?
A: Somewhat.
